Zero can be a good starting point

        (laughter) I was trying to figure out how to edit this, and I’m just staring.  I pushed a button and wasn’t quite sure what was going on.  What was going on was that I was “on” again so let me continue and see if this continues my earlier video.  If it does, great and if it doesn’t, then it doesn’t.  Let me stop babbling here and let me continue.  

So....when I sit down, when I get down on the floor to begin my practice, I just feel so right. I feel so right because it feels like I’ve come home.  Because this is my home—my body and mind where I move, where I feel, where I think.  This is my home, my home base.  And so when I practice, I’ve come home. I’ve come home to recenter, to balance, to just get grounded again.  I come back to zero, a good starting point, a clearing away of whatever has been going on, whatever I might have been stuck in, whatever I might have drifted off into....
